She grew up between Belgium, Spain and Italy. He was born and raised in Quebec. She is blonde and bubbly and strong-willed; he is gentle and caring and loving. They met in beautiful Quebec City, where destiny brought them together. He came into C and her daughter's lives with only one wish, love them as much as his heart could.
